Wilsonville OR is one of the suburbs with the Portland Metro that has seen significant growth over the past ten years. With around 25,000 residents, it has rapidly outgrown it’s farming community reputation. The city includes two well known planned communities. Charbonneau, the older, golf community sits at it’s north end, while Villebois, a newer vibrant community, is located on Wilsonville’s westside.
The city is conveniently located along the I-5 corridor and close to I-205. As a result, Wilsonville has done a great job at attracting large companies, such as Xerox, Sysco, Mentor Graphics and more. As the most southern tip of the Portland Metro along I-5, it’s location allows great proximity to both the hustle of the metro and the beauty of the Willamette Valley to it’s south.
