The eastside of Portland has long been considered a hipper, edgier part of the city, but it also includes a ton of unique neighborhoods, all with their own vibe and flavor. From up and comping FoPo to coveted Eastmoreland and Sellwood, the neighborhoods all offer something unique.
Over the past decade, SE Portland has seen a huge expansion of its dynamic food scene. Southeast Division Street is a great example of this. This once sleepy, non-descript street in southeast now teems with some of the best restaurants in the city. The eclectic offerings are mixed in with cute boutiques and bougie dessert shops. New condo buildings that replaced the 1-2 story buildings of yesteryear, stack up above all the festive, street level activity below.
