Tualatin is a smaller city within the Portland Metro. Located to the SW of Portland, south of Beaverton and north of Wilsonville, it has a population of just under 30,000. Taking it’s name from the nearby Tualatin River, large swaths of it’s northern border follows the twists and turns of the waterway.

Things to do in Tualatin OR
Can you imagine anything more ridiculously fun than watching a bunch of adults paddle around a lake in giant, 1,000 lb pumpkins while wearing quirky costumes? Then look no further than the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta, that is held at the Lake at Tualatin Commons each October.
The city also puts on the Blender Dash each June. What is a blender dash you ask? It’s a kids’ fun-run that combines all the fun of color bombs, foam, mud, obstacles and even a zombie option!
During the summer months, the city puts together a series of Concerts on the Commons and Movies on the Commons. Additionally, they host the Crawfish Festival in Tualatin Community Park each August. The festival includes the Les Schwab Tires Tualatin Crawfish Crawl, a morning 5k, 10k and relay. Following the run, the festival offers Cajun food, live music and fun for the whole family.
Lee Farms has become one of the Portland Metro’s premiere farm event locations. They have every season covered: Easter Egg hunting in the Spring, U-pick Berries & Berry Festival in June and Sunflower Festival in August, the Fall Harvest Pumpkin Patch Festival and the Christmas Tree farm heading into winter. Plus, they have darling Farm Market & Bakery that is open daily.
