Public Schools
Lake Oswego is served by the Lake Oswego School District. The district includes two high schools, two middle schools, and seven elementary schools. The newest elementary school is the Palisades World Language School, which opened for the first time for the 2021-2022 school year. This school is the home for students studying in the Spanish Immersion Program within the district. The Lake Oswego School District is also home to Harmony Academy, the state’s first high school dedicated to helping students recovering from substance abuse.
Private Schools
The city of Lake Oswego also includes several private school options. Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School, ranges from pre-K through 8th grade and is in the downtown core of Lake O. The Park Academy instructs students in grade levels 3rd-12th, who do not thrive in a traditional academic setting. Christa McAuliffe Academy School of Arts and Sciences serves K-12th grade students through an online education format. St. Stephen’s Academy teaches a Classical Christian approach to grade levels Pre-K through 12th.
